    DELIVERY AND RETURNS

    You are welcome to order any items from our extensive range. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please return the goods to us.
     
    We offer 28 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our website. You can claim a full refund (less postage and packaging) on any unsoiled items returned to us, in an unused condition, and with the original packaging, within 28 days of receiving your goods or alternatively, if you wish, you may exchange any item.
     
    If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within seven working days from the day after delivery. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products including the original delivery cost.
     
    Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. Goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. You must prepay the postage and use the label provided on our Returns Slip to send the goods back to us.
     
    We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, and consider insuring your parcel, in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.
     
    On receipt of a returned item which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who originally paid for the goods. Goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Where an exchange item is required, the card will be recharged on dispatch of the replacement goods.
     
    Please remember to also enclose the Returns Slip that comes with your purchase and use the label provided to return your goods to us.

    Goods Damaged In Transit
     
    In the event of goods being damaged on receipt they should be returned for our inspection immediately.
     
    Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
     
    Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for justified damage claims.
     
    Delivery of Goods
     
    Please allow up to 5-7 days for delivery. We use a courier service, when dispatching all goods. We will endeavor, wherever possible, to dispatch goods on receipt of order although, if any goods that you order are out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know. You will have the option of having the item ordered for you or you may cancel your order altogether.

    UK mainland - £4.95
     
    Rest of UK - £9.95
    (Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands)
     
    Europe - £20.00
     
    Overseas - £40.00
     
    Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local sales taxes and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability.

    You will be given the option, at the Checkout stage, to specify an alternative delivery address if required.
